PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DOSEN TERHADAP PRESTASI AKADEMIK MAHASISWA STITI NTB

Human resource is a source that takes an importat part to raise the purpose of an organization. A good management of human resource will gives positive impact to the organitation that onvolved. This research is aim to measure the influence of competence level of lecture toward universitas student academic achievements. As we know that 2016, 2017, and 2018 at science department of Islamic Tarbiyah Lombok NTB by using 35 respondents. As we know that one of the aim from learning process is to increace university students understanding whereas at the end of the study there will be a reflection toward their achievement. One of the important factor that increace university student achievement is educator competence, educator that has low competence at his or her major could offend the target achievement. Collecting data it done by usir questioner that has 28 statements. Kind of research is asosiative cause and effect and the instrument that used is questioner that has lecture competence and academic achievement ofuniversity students. Finding show that lecture competence influence toward academic achievement factor at science department of Islamic Tarbiyah Lombok NTB.
