MANAJEMEN TENAGA PENDIDIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract

Personnel Management is part of personnel management in general. Educator management aim to create how educators participate in the implementation of education with special tasks as educators. MA Al- Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak is one of the well-developed educational institutions, one of the supporting factors is the management of educators. This is evidenced by the average teacher of S1, an B -accredited school, and the many interests of parents who entrust their children to enter MA Al- Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak  This research was conducted to find out the recruitment, selection, placement of educators in improving the quality of learning in MA Al- Khairiyah NW Putri Raja .  The purpose of this study is to describe the recruitment, screening, placement of educators in improving the quality of learning in MA Al- Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak     This research used qualitative approach research using descriptive methods. The data source in this study is the head of madrassa and wakamad curriculum affairs. Data collection techniques through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. To ensure the validity of the data researchers used triangulation, to test techniques and sources. Then the data is analyzed with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion puller.

The results showed that: 1) the process of recruiting educators in MA Al- Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak      was carried out by the head of madrassa directly and assisted by the curriculum wakamad. In carrying out the recruitment of new educators there are several things to consider, especially looking at the conditions and needs that madrassas need, and the prospective educators who are accepted should be s1 majoring in education. 2) The selection process of educators in MA Al- Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak      is carried out in several stages, the first is the filing, the second there is an oral test around the field of expertise that is owned by the prospective educator, and the final process is the applicant according to it will be received. 3) Placement of Educators in MA Al- Khairiyah NW Putri Rajak   .  The next process is the placement of educators by adjusting the needs that madrassas lack, namely placing them in the part that is the expertise of the new educators.
