REAKTUALISASI HADIST DALAM INTERPRETASI TERHADAP PERSOALAN SOSIAL KEMASYARAKATAN

Abstract

Interpretation of the Hadits by looking at the concrete historical context, namely in the interpretation of the Hadits is based on historical-contextual analogy between the Arabian world of the Prophet Muhammad in the fifteen centuries ago with the world of other Muslims living in different eras and regions, so that it can implies the content of the Prophet's Hadith in the context of ongoing life development. Contextualism is always at odds and even rejects any textual interpretation that decides and decides between the facts where and when the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) lived with the reality of the Muslim community now. In this interpretation with a textual style, an interpreter in interpreting the Hadith of the Holy Prophet limited his views to the text only, that is, not considering the historical context of the Hadith and its relation to the contemporary things that Muslims are facing where and when they are. The textualist 'ulama are generally from the Hadiths' experts whose jurisprudence products are termed traditional fiqh and were pioneered by Imam Malik Bin Anas.
