Abstract

Management of facilities and infrastructure or often also called equipment management or school facility management is an activity of how to manage and manage educational facilities and infrastructure efficiently and effectively in order to achieve the stated goals. Management of facilities and infrastructure includes five things, namely: a). Determination of Needs, b). Procurement Process, c). Usage, d). Recording and Management, and e). Liability. School equipment planning is a process of thinking about and establishing a school facility procurement program, both in the form of educational facilities and infrastructure in the future to achieve certain goals. the provisions of government regulations. After determining and registering the facilities and infrastructure needed, then the next process is the procurement of facilities and infrastructure that can be pursued in the following ways: a). Purchases at a cost from the government, b). Purchases at a cost from the SPP, or c). Assistance from community education users. The stage of use or use of facilities and infrastructure is distinguished between consumables that must be accounted for every semester, and non-consumable items that are accounted for once a year. For the recording and handling stages, it can be done, among others, by using: a), goods inventory book, b). Purchase book, c). Book deletion, and d). Item card.
